    Our Apprenticeship

    We support you in your transition to the working force with our apprenticeship! During this eight-month period you’ll work on practical cases to refresh your hard skills and improve your soft skills. 

    Apprenticeship timeline:

    • 2 weeks of intensive training.
    • 8 months on the job for one of our customers or within AE.
    • 10 separate comeback moments, where you’ll receive additional training and can share your first experiences with other starting colleagues

    Preparing for a successful start

    We’ll help you find a challenging assignment, and you’ll also be assigned a buddy to turn to with any questions.

    September
    Start of the Apprenticeship

    You’ll join an 8-month training program with 2 weeks of intensive training and 10 comeback days, building lasting bonds with fellow starters and enjoying a yearly group weekend trip.

    October
    Your first day on a project

    The project offers you the chance to help our client, make a real impact, and take ownership of a project. Don’t worry, you’re not alone—your coach is always there to help.

    Continued growth

    At AE, learning is continuous with monthly events and an afterwork. After two years, a long-term coach will help shape your path, and you have a supportive network of colleagues throughout your career.

    Career possibilities at AE

    At AE, you can work with customers, in-house, as an analyst, or in a technical role. Combinations are flexible, and your initial choice isn't permanent—you can change direction later.

    Consultant vs. in-house expert

    You can start in consulting, working directly with customers on diverse projects, or collaborate with colleagues in-house on AE products or solutions in a stable, project-focused environment.

    You can start your career as a business analyst, focusing on business challenges and customer collaboration, or as a techie, specialising in technology, software development, data, AI, and cloud engineering.
